Leroy is a retired farmer and now works in construction and through his employment with Depuydt Construction, PCMS was able to obtain a letter pledging $30,000 which let us begin construction on the Hi-Line Drag strip. He enjoys his restored car and frequently shows it in car shows. His knowledge of construction has been valuable to the drag strip.
